Incase you were wondering what The Four Graces Pinot gris 2012 is tasting like..

The Black family purchased an existing vineyard in the Dundee Hills in 2003, immediately started to transform it and named the winery after their four daughters. This graceful (no pun intended) Pinot Gris shows the beauty of that varietal and is a classic example of it. Clean and fresh, it has wonderful depth and a mouth-coating texture. This is not a light innocuous “Pinot Grigio” style. Rather, it has substance, character and vivacity. It took a Gold Medal at the 2013 Critics Challenge International Wine Competition.

Come to a Cooking Class with The Four Graces

Date: Saturday April 12th, 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Location: The Wine Country Cooking Studio, 155 SW 7th Street, 2nd Floor, Dundee OR
Cost: $90 per person. Seating is limited.

Chef Wendy Bennett, owner of Wine Country Cooking Studio,
will be teaching a special class just for The Four Graces.

In class we will learn how to make a beautiful three coarse meal that pairs perfectly with our Four Graces wine. The menu is below. Wines TBD.

Starter Course
Tender Herb Salad with Shaved Fennel, Red Onion and
Orange Supremes with Citrus Vinaigrette

Entrée Course
Steak Diane; Beef tenderloin flambeed with brandy in a Dijon cream sauce
Petite Potatoes with Rosemary
Asparagus with Toasted Almonds and Roasted Red Peppers

Dessert Course
Flourless chocolate cake with raspberry coulis
